We aim to connect small businesses of the Hill Country to the Bulverde community.

The Market is open year-round, on the 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. 

Vendor fee is $40 for a 10’x10’ space. We have 30 market spaces and 3 food truck spaces.

This market does have a large amount of regular/permanent vendors, leading to limited open spaces. Please be patient as we review applications and get a response back to you. We get cancellations and will fill the open space from the waiting list.

We are dedicated to offering spaces to makers and farmers, and have one space at each market available for a local non-profit (this is on a first come first basis).

We do not offer spaces for service providers.

Participation at Bulverde Market Day is determined by business type (what you sell), setup display, application completion and is at the discretion of the Market Coordinator (Ashley). We limit the amount of like-kind vendors to 1-3.

Advance payment is required to secure a vendor reservation and there are no refunds. There was a place to enter your cc information within the application.  Your cc will be charged after you are approved to vend at the the market and its within 8-10 days prior the market you are approved for.  

Vendors must engage in fair and patient travel in and out of Market property. Be ready to sell by 9:00 am. Vendors may enter the property as early as 7:30 am to start setting up.

Vendors agree to conduct themselves in a courteous, professional, and engaging manner. Shoppers, Coordinators, and other Market Vendors shall be always treated with respect. Disparaging remarks about other Market Vendors or their products will be addressed. The success of The Market is the result of team effort. Every Vendor bears responsibility for The Market’s reputation. Camaraderie between Vendors is highly encouraged.
